INGREDIENTS:

A)Curry Ingredients:

1)Onion – 2 Medium Size
2)Dry Coconut – ½
3)Garlic
4)Coriander Leaves
5)Oil – 3 Tbsp
6)Garam Masala – 1 Tbsp
7)Red Chilli Powder – 1-2 Tsp
8)Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
9)Onion Garlic Powder (Kanda Lasun Powder)
10)Garlic – 1 Inch
11)Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp

B)Patwadi Ingredients:

1)Gram Flour – 1 ½ Cup
2)Turmeric – ½ Tsp
3)Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
4)Salt to Taste
5)Garlic cumin seed paste – 2 Tbsp
6)Coriander Leaves

RECIPE:
1)Gravy Masala: Make cuts to onions before roast – Roast Onion and dry coconut over a flame – roast it properly – once roasted keep aside – Grind to a fine paste with Garlic, Ginger, coriander leaves and water.

2)Patwadi: Take a gram flour – add red chilli powder – turmeric powder – salt – garlic cumin seed paste – and add water to make dough – apply oil and keep aside.

3)Pan – oil – once oil heat – add prepared masala – stir it for 3-5 minutes – let cook it until it starts separating oil – once oil separated - add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, onion garlic powder (Kanda Lasun Powder) – mix it well – add water to avoid masala to burn – stir and cook it well until starts separating oil – once cooked – add salt to taste – add 2 glass water (As per your requirement) – allow to boil – once boiled add prepared Pungali Patwadi – allow patwadi to cook – once cooked serve hot to your loved one…
