This video is about the pre-nerf Circlet of Shadow, which is insta-cast from inventory. I cover the five (or four, depending on how you count) main use-cases for this great necromancer item.

I suppose a 6th use-case would be using it as a insta-click junk buff for dispelling mobs, but it's poorly suited for that purpose. You'll lose Gather Shadows every time you cast or melee swing and thus would need to be constantly spam-clicking it. Taken on the Everquest Agnarr server.
