For the dough you need

500 grams flour (all purposes)
12 grams salt
8 grams dry east
5 grams sugar
300 ml lukewarm water

Make the dough and let it to rest for 45 minutes, after that shape the dough gently and let it for another 30 minutes

Open the dough, take to the oven pan little bit olive oil and little bit breadcrumbs, the put the dough.

After that you can take cheese cream, grated cheese, cheddar, smoked cheese, mozzarella.

Bake it 200 degrees (Celsius) for 20-25 minutes
