Hey everyone! I love a nice porridge as a breakfast option. Plantain porridge is one of my favs-- hope you guys enjoy this hack!

INGREDIENTS:
3 heaped tbsp Plantain Flour

2 cups nut milk (I used oat)
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch of pink salt

Prep: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 5-6 minutes

Bring spring water to the boil.
Add your bay leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Blend/mix your plantain flour and milk.
Add mixture to pot and cook for 5-6 minutes and stir continuously.
After 5 minutes, add vanilla essence.
Sweeten to taste using agave.
Serve and enjoy!
