How To Ride The Medium Trot In Dressage

The medium trot in dressage is the step between the lengthen stride movement we see in the lower levels of dressage and the extended trot we see at the upper levels of dressage Finding the medium trot can be a challenge as you begin to ask your horse for more balance and engagement to help support the larger stride of the medium trot.
