some of these ceremonies are birthdays ,puberty rites and given to twins on their day of birth or soul day (kra da).
Eto is given to the brides on their wedding day to help them stay longer without going hungry

You can prepare Eto by using sweet plantains, cocoyam and yam
This is the easiest Eto recipe I have ever seen.
You can substitute the peanut butter with any other nut ,such as almond nut,cashew nut, macadamia nuts, pistachio nut and more.
