Softwares:
After Effects - Editing the scenes
Photoshop - Background making and drawing
Audition - Removing music from dialogues (in cases where the episode didn't have 6 channel audio)
Garage Band on iOS - Composing the soundtrack
Premiere Pro - Final editing, putting everything together


Explanations:

During the whole video a trick like this was made, eg. 01:38 02:27 02:41 03:04 03:31
Characters masked almost frame-by-frame. Color correction, added shadows to make the character fit the new environment. Placed on custom backgrounds made with Photoshop, or backgrounds taken directly from the show.

00:36 Slow motion (Twixtor)/time remapping applied many times through the whole video (on the "original" side I added frame hold just to fill the missing footage as you watch this video)

1:42 Eyes cut out seperately in Ps, later in Ae animateded movement to make his eyes look up.
and puppet animation applied on the shoulders.
1:46 Time remapping, puppet animation, half of the eye masked from the moment it blinked.
02:01 Paris panorama changed into night scenario using Ps
Characters silhouettes made almost frame-by-frame in Ae basing on the original footage.
02:10 The arm cut into parts using Ps (biceps, arm, hand manually drawn) and later in Ae animated movement. Puppet animation applied on the whole character.
02:27 Shadow Moth mask drawn in Ps, later in Ae 3D animation applied, added glow on the character.
03:06 Ladybug's hand manually drawn in Ps based on the original footage, later in Ae puppet animation applied. Her waist masked from footage of another episode.
03:49 The SM mask appearance made using mask path
