There are actually numbers of parlors and even education center in the cities with legit certificates to run the business.

According to the Knife Therapy Education Center it needs about 3 years for someone to fully master the knife massage skill. Because it's not only about "chopping" someone's body, but also understanding person's "qi" power (aura or chakra), spiritual minds, and nature's power.
