Nightmare tenants, unforeseen repair costs, major appliance replacement, ongoing maintenance, property management miscommunication, it's been a lot.. Purchasing and owning my first rental property (specifically, a long-distance rental property) has come with challenges. As does any property ownership! As I am preparing the house for the next tenant, there have been additional expenses that have popped up and I wanted to talk a bit more about them and my thoughts all around on owning long distance rental properties and what my plans are going forward.🏠
