P80 Volvo Inner and Outer Tie Rod Replacement

In this Steve's Garage video I remove and install both the inner and outer tie rods on my 2000 Volvo V70 XC. This will work for any P80 Volvo - 850, S70, V70. Tie rods are a fairly universal style item though, so this will work as a guide for many other cars, regardless if they're a Volvo or not.

Tie rods are an essential part of the steering system of your car, so it's not an item you want to delay replacing once they start making noise or showing signs of being worn out.

Remember that the parts you're taking off or installing can be different sizes from each other, or what I have in this video. Please double check all the tool sizes before going out and buying something you don't have.
