Making Shredded Beef from Carrots and it's REALLY GOOD... like really good! I've made carrot beef in the past and it came out incredible, but this shredded version is even better in my opinion! It's an easier and quicker vegan meat that has all the taste, texture, and goodness of its beefy counterpart!!
