This light spreader replaces the original to create an even glow that makes the backlight much more pleasant and easier to use.
The backlight is not modified. This mod simply distributes its glow more effectively!
No soldering or electronics work necessary - simply disassemble, place the components into the watch, and reassemble.
No modification to the LCD films required
No reduction to the 10-year battery rating as with other LED replacement or dual-LED mods
Compatible with other mods including LED color swap, negative LCD, PCB swap (sensor watch)
Suitable for all Casio Module 593 watches (F91W, A158, A171, W59, etc)
