I did it I took another unwilling creature to him it's done! Potentially any creature could be taken to him now, but I don't... plan to do that...

I had to edit out a mountain of attempts, this run was pain it was horrible don't try this at home it's all luck based. Sky Islands was particularly painful. Being launched out of pipes in random directions + death pits everywhere = sadness! Who knew!
