Together, they explore Dr. Hermann's passion for yoga and anatomy, delving into the journey that led to his acclaimed book, Yoga Asana Anatomy. They discuss the vital role anatomy plays in healthy yoga practice, injury prevention, recovery, support for illness and its connection to the science of yoga.

Dr. Hermann will be facilitating a weekend workshop where these topics will be explored in depth. The workshop is available in person in Calgary, Canada, and live online for participants worldwide on October 4-6, 2024.
