You might know me from street interviews on YouTube Shorts, where I make meals for strangers in NYC. Before I started on social media, I actually grew up working in restaurants, which is where I found my love for cooking and sharing food with people.

As someone with lots of restaurant experience, I love watching "The Bear," but so many of the scenes hit really close to home and bring me right back to some of my most stressful moments.

This is a compilation of the series I did on YouTube Shorts, where I revisited some of the dishes (and stressful moments) from the show, while reminiscing on my own kitchen experiences that the show reminded me about.
