Tata Tigor AMT Models Launched, Prices Start at Rs 5.75 Lakh

Tata Motors, the popular Indian passenger car manufacturer, has silently come up with the AMT variant of the petrol-spec Tigor compact sedan. Until now, the Tigor was available with a five-speed manual transmission only. Prices of the Tata Tigor AMT variants start at Rs 5.75 Lakh and go all the way to Rs 6.22 lakh. This is basically an increase of Rs 40,000 over the corresponding trims. Other than the introduction of AMT, there is no change in the specifications. The Tigor, which is basically a compact sedan derivative of the Tiago, has been on sale with a 1.2-litre Revotron engine that outputs a maximum power of 85 bhp and a peak torque of 114 Nm.
