Flutter for Mobile has been stable for more than 3 years. One strategy to introduce this great technology on our current teams is to integrate a module into the existing app. In theory, this task can be done quite easily, but in the real world we have to take into account current development processes: how does the module integrates with the current CI/CD systems? Which architecture and patterns should be followed on the codebase? Which responsibilities should the module have? UI only? UI and some business code? Should it manage its own API calls and local storage? In this talk, I'll walk you through these subjects and how we solved them.
