Improve your balance and reduce the risk of falls with exercises that will improve your agility and strengthen your legs and core. This workout is perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. The exercises will train your body to handle unexpected situations and improve your movement in all directions.

My mom and I are excited to do the following exercises with you. Aim for 10 reps (on each side where applicable):

STEP OUT AND INS - side to side
STEP OUT AND INS - forward and back
SIDE STEP - left and right
SIDE STEP BALANCE - left and right
ROCK THE BOAT - left and right
HEEL/TOE BALANCE - left and right
