L/S Hawker Typhoon taxiing on air base runway. Various good shots of the fighter in-flight. Flying low over ground. M/Ss of pilot climbing into Typhoon and being strapped in. More shots of RAF (Royal Air Force) talking and smoking cigarettes. Some of the pilots are from Canada and New Zealand. More shots of pilots climbing into the planes. M/S of engine starting up - flames briefly burst out of the exhaust. More good shots of the aircraft in-flight.

Amendment February 2012: A visitor to the site has written in to say that the Hawker "Typhoons" are in fact Hawker Tempests.
