-अगर आपको हर महीने नियमित रूप से periods आते हैं तो इसे normal cycle कहते हैं।
-Periods के पहले दिन को cycle का पहला दिन कहा जाता है।
-एक normal periods cycle में आपके periods के 29वें दिन दोबारा आते हैं क्योंकि आपका चक्र 28 दिनों का होता है।

-Female body में cycle का 2nd phase 14वें दिन के बाद शुरू होता है। इसे luteal phase के रूप में जाना जाता है
-आप अपने cycle के 18वें से 25वें दिन तक जो medicine लेते हैं उसे Progesterone के नाम से जाना जाता है।

-Progesterone medication को medical prescription और advice के तहत लिया जाना चाहिए।
-Doctor के guidance में 18वें से 25वें दिन की window पूरी तरह से safe है।
-इस दवा के जरिए periods को 3 से 4 weeks तक के लिए टाला जा सकता है।
-एक बार जब आप दवा लेना बंद कर देते हैं तो आपको अपने periods वापस आने में 5 से 8 दिन लगेंगे।
-पिछले 3 दिनों में irregular spotting हो सकती है।
-कुछ लोगों के लिए medication cycle के दूसरे या तीसरे दिन से शुरू हो सकती है लेकिन cycle के 18वें दिन से इसे लेना safe है।
-दवा OCP (Contraceptive pills) है।
