Business Model Canvas vs Lean Canvas

The Business Model Canvas was created by Alex Osterwalder in 2005 to allow businesses, from start-ups to corporations, to quickly create new business models, or to document existing business models.

Its' focus on business models, and the creation of new products and services, saw the Lean Canvas being developed, using the same thinking, but focusing on solving problems.
