Hello friends! I hope you guys find this video helpful! If you've followed the course up to this point I'm sure you'll do great! You DO NOT need to memorize everything in the book, however there are some main ideas to focus on!
I forgot to specifically talk about the calculations, IFT Model, and RPE. They hit those pretty hard in the book so I assumed those were a no brainer but make sure you know those!
1. As long as you're familiar w/ the formula sheet they provide and know how to calculate BMI, 1RM, and macronutrients you should be fine!
2. Know the difference between VT1 and VT2 and what happens in each zone (ex.OBLA)
3. Know the RPE scales! Not necessarily the exact meaning for each number, but the general ranges for talk test and types of exercises.
4. The only charts I needed know the exact numbers from was the water intake, macronutrients, BMI scale, Health Risk Appraisal, and IFT model (going along with how to progress and regress someone).
