Border Down (2003, G.rev) - Sega Naomi vs. Sega Dreamcast!

The intro and 1st level of the Sega Naomi arcade version followed by the intro and 1st level of the Sega Dreamcast version. Both played with the same settings in Libretro Flycast with the same scanlines and screen effects.

Is every Naomi game identical to its Dreamcast version? I've heard most say yes and a few say no, there are differences here and there. In this case they appear to be identical, at least the intro and opening level. What do you think?
