I Take Care of Myself.

It's easy to take care of plants and birds.But taking care of myself is not easy for me.I sometimes push myself too hard without realizing it.

I consciously create quiet time.
Going shopping is one of the things that takes care of me.Eating taiyaki, buying bread, and talking to cats make me happy.

The bakery's name is "Lamp".
It has the message of lighting up the town and people.I am healed by the bread they make.
