I love gear but as a receiving gear addict, buy more stuff is a slippery slope. I'd much rather use something I already had to achieve something not seen before. Personally, I think the Tonex amp captures sound amazing but even if you don't think they're any better than the HX amps, you have to admit that running stereo amps kinda kills the HX stomp for anything else. Not anymore.
