Welcome to Day 7 of our Tanzania safari! 🇹🇿🦬🦓

We start the day with a breathtaking view of the overland migration of wildebeests and zebras—part of the Great Migration—right from our camp at Serengeti House of Nature! It’s an unforgettable sight to witness this massive movement of wildlife directly from our camp, marking the highlight of our day.

As we drive through the Serengeti, we pass through thousands of zebras and wildebeests heading towards the southern Serengeti. Along the way, we spot giraffes, zebras, and gazelles. Our excitement continues as we spot a mother cheetah and her two adorable cubs, followed by a hyena looking for water to cool down.

We’re in awe when we find two young male lions, with magnificent manes, followed by a large herd of elephants. The thrill of the day continues when we spot a crocodile so perfectly camouflaged that it’s nearly impossible to spot at first!

At a hippo pool, we stop for a delicious lunch before continuing our drive and spotting more wildlife like elephants, hippos, giraffes, Cape buffaloes, zebras, gazelles, impalas, and topis.

We reach our camp earlier today and enjoy a stunning Serengeti sunset, where we spot even more wildebeests, zebras, and giraffes migrating across the savannah.

Dinner at Serengeti House of Nature is as delicious as always, the perfect way to end another incredible day in the Serengeti.
