砂糖:20g
麥芽糖:45g

步驟:
1. 冬瓜刨細絲
2. 焯水一分鐘後撈起,擠乾水
3. 小火炒幹冬瓜絲的水份
4. 倒入砂糖,繼續翻炒,約2-3分鐘
5. 加入麥芽糖,翻炒至成團即可

tips:可用於餡料的填充,如:老婆餅、月餅等
