Irish Actress Evanna Lynch vaccinated newborn babies and distributed school bags as part of a visit to the Philippines with the EU Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection and UNICEF to meet children whose lives were devastated by Typhoon Haiyan last November. The visit is part of the the Voices of Children campaign to raise the voices of children in emergencies.
