I found a PS5 in the junk section, but can I get it to work??

I did my normal look for broken thing in the junk section of my local stores and I found a PlayStation 5 out in the wild. When I talked to someone that works there they said it turns on then back off. I'm thinking, power issue so maybe fixable, and whats the harm of taking it apart to show you all. Its already "broken". When I got it home something interesting happened.
Calling all those that know more about this system then me, and lets hope I can get this system running.
