Here are some short clips of my trip to Snowden

Decided to run snowden and camp on the summit to watch the sunrise in the morning the weather said nice clear skies on the day

My daysack weighed in at 27lbs poncho roll matt sleeping bag and ect...

I ran the pyg track and reached the summit in 01:49:21 then slept 20m from the summit the temp reached -8

Ran down the pyg next morning in 56:57 after the sunrise which lasted no more then 10 mins

there was very strong winds and the paths where severely iced over saw a couple hikers slide down the path 10m down the face but where safe and continued on the miners track

It was a beautiful experience. Just like a rose flower Snowden is a sight of beauty to admire and appreciate but if not handled with care you will get pricked by its thorns.
