CDC Split Wing Dun

Die Split Wing Dun ist eine Imitation einer Eintagsfliege und ein Muster, das man ganzjährig in unterschiedlichen Farben und Hakengrößen einsetzen kann. Besonderes Merkmal der hier gezeigten Variant ist das Material womit die Flügel getrennt werden (Split Wing). Aero Dry Wing sorgt nicht nur für Auftrieb, sondern ist aufgrund der Farbe (hier fluogelb) eine Sichthilfe für den Fliegenfischer. Man kann die Fliege sehr gut auf der Wasseroberfläche verfolgen, die Fische sehen dieses Material jedoch nicht.

The Split Wing Dun is an imitation of a mayfly and a pattern that can be used all year round in different colours and hook sizes. A special feature of the variant shown here is the material used to split the wings. Aero Dry Wing not only provides buoyancy, but is also a visual aid for the fly fisher due to its colour (here fluo yellow). You can see the fly very well on the surface of the water, but the fish cannot see this material.
