This should put plenty of smooth traffic in your game with far spawn distances so cars and trucks dont just appear out of thin air.

Welcome to my major update of this profile so here are the changes made, Upgraded graphics quality to 400% zoom increased graphics buffer size to 100 from 10, added realistic rain & thunder sounds, added sound fixes pack, added dragon steering wheel to truck, removed ATMX map added 3 Mexican maps, added new trailers, added new physics and set that up properly, removed CIP's traffic mod and money mod. Added a lot of .cfg back-end tweaks just the spawn distances and terrain spawn generation to complete.
