Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ghee ( clarified butter) melted
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 to 3 tbsp milk
Baking time 12 to 15 mins
Oven temperature 180C Preheated for 10 mins

NOTES :
• You can use melted butter instead of ghee. But ghee gives a nice flavour and taste to this semolina cookies.
• Adjust milk while kneading the dough to reach the dough consistency if needed.
• You can add any nuts of your choice to this cookies for added taste.
• The cookies stays well for a week at room temperature if stored in an airtight container.
• Keep an eye on the oven after 12 minutes of baking and check cookies turned brown at the bottom though the cookies may look soft. After cooling down the cookies will turn crunchy.
• Dont tempt to over bake the cookies as it might turn hard.
• You can even powder the sugar for making the process easy but icing sugar ia best to use.
• Mixing and measurements are most important for the perfect cookies.
These semolina cookies looks soft when you take it out from oven , but it turns crispy once its completely cooled down. so don't tempt to over bake the cookies as it turns hard.
