Excluding the changes in Jamaica and to the express buses, this was the last place I had left to get action of changes that occurred under phase 1 of the Queens Bus Redesign, which went into effect on 6/29/2025. On 8/31/2025, phase 2 of the redesign will go into effect and until the end of the year, you can expect videos of those changes as well. There won't be that many as phase 2 has much less changes than phase 1 did. The buses seen in this video are listed as follows and explanations of their changes are provided if necessary:

1 (0:00) - Orion VII Next Gen 4682 from the Casey Stengel Depot on the Q38. The Q38 switched from the College Point Depot to the Casey Stengel Depot and now no longer runs as a loop between Rego Park and Corona. The route now only operates between Rego Park and Maspeth, with the remaining section between Maspeth and Corona having been replaced by the new Q14 route.
2 (0:17) - 2022 Nova LFS "Conehead" 8801 from the Casey Stengel Depot on the Q38. This bus was actually bound for Rego Park, but still displaying the Maspeth code from its previous trip.
3 (0:51) - (Last Look) 2023 Nova LFS "Conehead" 9159 from the JFK Depot on the Q21, a Far Rockaway Depot route. Under phase 2 of the Queens Bus Redesign, the Q21 will be discontinued after 8/30/2025.
4 (1:11) - 2017 New Flyer XD60 6084 from the LGA Depot on the Q53 SBS using the updated code that no longer displays that the bus is running via Woodhaven Blvd/Cross Bay Blvd.
5 (1:37) - 2018 New Flyer XD40 7802 from the Fresh Pond Depot on the NEW Q14 and 2021 New Flyer XDE40 9556 from the Grand Avenue Depot on the Q29. The Q14 was introduced as a new route running between Ridgewood and East Elmhurst, replacing portions of the Q23 and Q38. The Q29 switched from the LGA Depot to the Grand Avenue Depot.
6 (2:01) - 2018-19 New Flyer XD40 7592 from the Grand Avenue Depot on the Q59. This bus was transferred from the MJQ Depot back in September 2023.
7 (2:23) - Orion VII Next Gen 4625 from the Casey Stengel Depot on the Q98 Limited and 2023 Nova LFS "Conehead" 9047 from the JFK Depot on the Q60 with the updated SOUTH JAMAICA code.
8 (2:48) - 2020 New Flyer XD60 6265 from the LGA Depot on the Q53 SBS displaying the updated WOODSIDE code.
9 (3:12) - 2023 Nova LFS "Conehead" 9055 from the JFK Depot on the Q60. At the beginning of the clip, you can see the bus displaying the updated LENOX HILL code. Expect a better video of this updated code at some point with it being displayed as the bus passes the camera lol.
10 (3:30) - 2017 New Flyer XD60 6092 from the LGA Depot on the Q53 SBS displaying the updated WOODSIDE code.
11 (3:51) - 2018 New Flyer XDE40 9500 from the Grand Avenue Depot on the Q59.
