ALLIEDFLEX® Technologies - http://www.alliedflex.com - 1.941.923.1181 The ALLIEDFLEX FLX R8 250 CS Rotary Corner Spout system for filling and sealing popular premade Corner Spouted Stand Up Pouches. This FLX R8 Fill Seal system is configured for handling refill pouches for Home Care and Beauty Care products.
The FLX R8 features an extended automatic pre-made pouch in-feed conveyor. The pouches are picked up using the pick and place gripper system. Then moved over to the pouch opening station where the pouches are opened utilizing the pouch opening blade.
Next the pouch opening plunger checks that the pouch is fully open. No pouch / No Fill and No Seal sensing is standard.
At the filling stations, this FLX R8 250 CS is configured for filling liquid products incorporates a “two-shot” 50/50 filling system utilizing two separate filling nozzles to improve speeds and minimize product foaming. The second filling nozzle completes the 2nd 50% of the required fill volume.
Product is supplied on-demand to the FLX R8 by the supplied servo controlled positive displacement pump as an integral part of the system. Connection for CIP cleaning is available.
Next the pouches are heat sealed and separately top seal cooled prior to discharged via a motorized conveyor feeding downstream inspection and case packing.
