Satirist John Clarke was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the 50th TV Week Logie Awards on 4th May 2008. Clarke began his career in New Zealand, creating the character of Fred Dagg. He moved to Australia in the late 70's and has written and/or performed in The Games, The Trouble with Men, The Sounds of Aus, Death in Brunswick, A Current Affair and The 7.30 Report, among others. He is introduced by his comedy partner Bryan Dawe.
