I have this problem with my uverse tv from at&t in a daily basis since they replaced all malfunctioning boxes a couple weeks ago, spend up to 15 minutes on hold for customer support just to tell me they can send a technician and I have to pay for the repairs, that sucks, I guess I am another customer that is going back to Comcast
