✨食材:五花肉300g ,一把小虾米,3个香菇,红葱头少许,5瓣蒜,葱白,八角2个,5个全熟蛋
✨调料:2勺白糖,3勺生抽,2勺绍兴酒,1勺老抽,半勺五香粉,1勺胡椒粉翻炒均匀,再加入1碗半清水

✨做法步骤✨
1⃣️五花肉切小丁,红葱头切小,干香菇泡发后切丁,红葱头小火慢炸到焦黄捞出备用
2⃣️小火煸炒五花肉,翻炒到变色表面微微焦黄下葱白蒜末,炒一下,再加炸好的红葱头、虾米&香菇,继续翻炒
3⃣️加入2勺白糖,3勺生抽,2勺绍兴酒,1勺老抽,半勺五香粉,1勺胡椒粉翻炒均匀,再加入1碗半清水,大火煮开再把五粒熟蛋放下去&2个八角搅拌一下,小火焖40分钟就好啦~
