English Boom Park & Elger Bay Preserve | Camano Island

Описание к видео English Boom Park & Elger Bay Preserve | Camano Island

We took advantage of the gorgeous day to check out a couple parks on Camano Island. Dave was recovering from COVID so I picked some short ones that would get him some fresh air without too much effort.

The first stop was English Boom Park. This park was recommended by Ron in a comment on my channel way back in January, and I picked the perfect day to follow up on that suggestion! The water was so calm and reflective it was hard to believe it was the Puget Sound at all. Baker was reflected in it, and two bad eagles were the icing on that lovey cake.

Next we checked out Elger Bay Preserve. This park was a pretty forest trail with beaver pond, and was very enjoyable with the sunlight sparkling through the trees and autumn leaves golden on the ground. It didn't have the stunning views of English Boom Park, but an owl made an appearance, which was so awesome!

Get out there and explore if you can! Thanks for watching, and keep those suggestions coming.

Camano Island is the traditional territory of the KiKiallus, Snohomish, Upper Skagit, and Stilliguamish people.
