World Cup Carnival

The year is 2010, the time is now. Footie time! World Cup footie time to be precise, whereupon thousands of raving lunatics from the four corners of the world who wear a variety of ill-fitting replica jerseys that won't stretch over their beer bellies, descend upon some unfortunate country that thought it would be a great idea to host the event, until they realised it cost a fortune and the fans will drink the place dry in record time before starting a riot. To celebrate this great sporting occasion that will no doubt end in misery for everyone (except the winning side), I have finally posted my review of US Gold's legendary 'World Cup Carnival' which I made way back in August 2007. I've added some extra gubbins too just for the hell of it. This game was a bit of a con designed to tie in with the 1986 Mexico World Cup. I'm surprised it hasn't been rebadged as World Cup Extravaganza 2010 and released on the iPhone App store for a new generation of mugs to fall victim of.

Anyway I should have been in bed hours ago. I have to be ready for a heavy all day drinking session whereby I should be supporting England down the pub, but the reality is I'll probably just shout a bit, annoy a few people and fall over drunk in an alley way and piss myself like I do most weekends. It's all good!
