PS4 HDMI Encoder IC MN864729 Replacement Tutorial (CUH-12XX SAC-001, Slim and Pro consoles)

This video shows the replacement of a faulty HDMI Encoder IC on a newer revision CUH-1200 PlayStation 4 video games console. This machine showed a black screen / white light when powered on. This tutorial shows you how to replace the newer-style Panasonic MN864729 QFN IC to restore video / audio output.
