If you have chosen to use one of our Even mix™ IBC Tote Mixers, you are probably wondering how to assemble the mixer to the tote. Here are the simple steps in doing that:
1. Insert the mixing shaft into the IBC Cap (including the SS reducer)
2. Insert the mixing shaft into the output of the Drive and tighten the Through Bolt.
3. Attach the IBC Cap to the Drive.
4. Insert the Mixer into the IBC and secure the Cap.
5. To remove, unfasten the Cap and pull the IBC out.
The Even Mix™ IBC Tote Mixer is intended to distribute materials evenly throughout an IBC. The unique design of the foldable blades allows them to be inserted into the 6" aperture and consistently distribute the contents.
