Blast Disease of Rice | Pyricularia | Magnaporthe | Plant pathogen

Blast is a destructive disease of rice plants. Genome sequencing of the plant pathogenic #fungus Magnaporthe grisea will make it easier to locate, identify, compare, isolate, and manipulate the genes for pathogenicity in the pathogen and of resistance in their host plant.
