How I fixed this DEAD Toro Zero Turn | $100 Zero Turn | Garage Story

Today I got a windfall opportunity to pick up a Toro Timecutter 42" zero turn for cheap. It's totally dead, but that might mean it's a simple electrical problem like a blown fuse. If all goes well, maybe I can be mowing the lawn with it by the evening!
