How Does Muscle Testing Work?

Muscle testing is based on the principles of kinesiology, where we connect to, and listen to, answers given by our muscles in response to a question we ask.

The principle is that the Body has an innate knowing about what's in our best interests, and we connect to this 'knowing' by testing our muscle response. In a similar way to lie detector tests, which test breathing, perspiration and other non-conscious responses given by our bodies when asked a question,;muscle testing tests muscle responses. When our Body gives a 'Yes' response, this is indicated by our musles being 'strong.' Our Body will give a weak or 'No' response when it knows something isn't true, or right for us.

How Can Muscle Testing Help You with Making Decisions?

As explained above, muscle testing is a way we can use to check in with our inner knowing, that 'gut feeling,' also known as 'intuition.' Using muscle testing is a great skill to use to connect with our inner knowing and get answers from our deep subconscious minds that can help us make decisions about which supplement might be the best for us, or which is the best hair product and so on.
