Barbara Walters, the pioneering TV journalist whose interviewing skills made her one of the most prominent figures in broadcasting, has died, her spokesperson confirmed to CNN. She was 93.

“Barbara Walters passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones. She lived her life with no regrets. She was a trailblazer not only for female journalists but for all women,” Walters’ spokesperson Cindi Berger told CNN in a statement.

Alley won an Emmy award and a Golden Globe for her role as bar manager Rebecca Howe on the popular TV series.

Sylvester Stallone has shared an update on Bruce Willis, saying the actor is going through “really, really difficult times” with aphasia.

The Die Hard star’s family announced in March 2022 that he was retiring after being diagnosed with the condition, which affects language cognition.

“Bruce is going through some really, really difficult times, so he’s been sort of incommunicado,” Stallone said of his long-time friend in a recent interview with THR.
