The future is full of uncertainty and challenges, but a group of our forward-thinking students took matters into their own hands by organizing a TEDx event with the theme "Where are we heading?". The event brought together a diverse range of speakers to explore the pressing issues and exciting opportunities that lie ahead for our society. From sustainability to technology, gender equality to medicine, this event was a thought-provoking and inspiring discussion about the future. Clare Bhalla is a Wellbeing Consultant specialising in women's health in the workplace.

Working with employed women at crucial times in their lives, helping them to feel empowered and strong through pregnancy, while being able to thrive in their careers and have their highest impact in the world. Helping organisations to meet UN Sustainable Development Goal number 5: "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls." I truly believe female health has to be considered by companies for us to see more women in senior positions. She specialises in and run pregnancy and wellbeing programs for corporate companies and management teams that understand the power of providing wellbeing support to their female staff going through pregnancy.
