Intermediate to Advanced Side Surfing & Sidewinding (Paddling) Skating

Welcome back family! In this video we are hitting a move that I frequently get asked about. Side Surfing! This video is dedicated to our good friend and student Chris who is in Korea now! Wishing him and the many other students learning new things on 8 wheels and off them, well. I also want to give a HUGE shout out to Magic Mike at our rink Pattison's North. He is the whole reason I picked this move up 3 years ago!

I had a blast going over this move with John! We hope you get a blast from learning and practicing it!

Remember that we all have different styles and approaches to skating and the many other things we do in life.

1. Take your time.
2. Don't compare your progress to others.
3. It is okay to not get it on the first go!
4. Everyone has to start somewhere.

I have taken a lot of time to develop my skill set with my inlines and John has done the same on his quads.
