Ottawa transfers green tech fund to National Research Council in response to audit | Canada Tonight

Canada's attorney general released a new report today slamming the federal government for flouting its own procurement rules. Aman Chahal, former project manager at Sustainable Development Technology Canada, says she's not surprised by the auditor general's report about significant lapses in the group's handling of federal money. She says she'd like to see money being spent in 'developing real commercial funds.'

CORRECTION (June 6, 2024): A previous version of this video incorrectly stated the attorney general released the report. In fact, the report was released by the auditor general. That part of the video has been trimmed and the thumbnail has also been changed to reflect this.
