THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL THEME FOR VORTEX

I was a little bummed that vortex didnt have its own theme, until I realized "oh wait, why don't I just make one?" so i did.

its not perfect by all means, but I tried my best to include the leitmotifs from onslaught and primal one, as well as adding some new things for vortex specifically.
